The story of how the Tree Peeps had to leave the comfort of their apartment courtyard and journey across the Los Angeles city grid because of the drought of 2015. Junior deals with his split form Vera, as he and his sister Darla follow Pops to the Pacific Coastline. Along the way, Pops searches for missing Grandpa Grass Larry, and Darla searches for the Old Palm…. A mythical being that could bring the rain and stop the drought.
